How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Secondaryfailure Restoration should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Secondaryfailure Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Secondaryfailure Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@secondaryfailure.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
